Do You Do a Cake Decorating Party or Class?
Yes, with this unique party package, I can come to your home or appropriate location and provide a hands-on demonstration of how to decorate a mini cake. Perfect for kids birthday parties, slumber parties, mom's night out, etc.
Includes two hours of cake decorating, mini cake per person, icing, fondant, and a took kit for each person to use.
Cost - $25 per person or $225 for 10 people.
How Far In Advance Do I Need To Make An Order?
Due to my busy high school schedule, (teachers never knowing when enough homework is enough) I sometimes have to limit the number of cakes I make. Ideally, I need to plan my orders with at least two weeks advance notice. For large cake orders (for over 75 people), I need six weeks advance notice.
Do You Do Wedding Cake Tastings?
Yes, if you would like to consult with me on a wedding cake order, I do wedding cake tastings upon request for any wedding cake or professional cake order over $500.
Do You Do Cookies for an Open House for Real Estate Agents?
Yes. I can do cookies with a custom business logo for an open house at the cost of $30/dozen. Please order at least two weeks in advance.
Do You Make Anything Other Than Cakes?
Yes, I also enjoy making cupcakes, pies, Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars, and other speciality desserts.
How Much Do You Charge?
I take suggested donations based on the size and complexity of the cake. You will find my average price of approximately $4 per slice is much less than most bakeries, which charge $4-$9 per slice. The price depends on the size, complexity, fillings, fondant, and timing needed.
Do You Deliver?
I can either arrange a time for you to pick up your cake at my home, or my parents and I deliver for free within the Cy-Fair region. I do add an appropriate delivery fee for anything outside of Cy-Fair.
Is there any part of the cake you don’t do yourself?
Due to having Dyslexia I usually recruit my mom to do any handwriting needed on a cake.
Where do you get your inspiration?
A lot of times I will ask my clients to look at pinterest for a foundational idea and then I adapt their requests for a customized cake.
How much time does the average cake take you?
Typically, a cake takes me 6-12 hours. That is why I need advance notice to balance my school, church and activity schedule.
